 staffing services

Here's what to expect once you submit your resume or quick application to Pharmacy Placement Professionals:
  1. After you submit your resume or quick application, a staffing consultant will contact you by phone discuss your work experience and career goals.
  2. Once we've agreed that Pharmacy Placement Professionals can help you achieve your career goals, your staffing consultant will provide you with our full application, which may be completed online, mailed, or completed in our office.
  3. After reviewing your application, your staffing consultant will arrange an interview over the phone. This meeting will include:
    • One-on-one briefing. A 15-to-30 minute interview about your career history, strengths, objectives, future career plans, desired work environment, salary goals, and personal schedule preferences.

    • Skill tests. Tests based the position(s) you are interested in.

    • General background check. Verification of pharmacy licensure, professional liability insurance, and professional references.

**Please be prepared to present or mail copies of your state pharmacy license, professional liability insurance, references, and resume at the time of your interview.

  4. Once we identify a potential position for you, we will discuss the details of the job with you before we present your qualifications to our client organization. We will also verify your credentials with the state pharmacy board and run a background check through the Medicare/Medicaid database. Before final placement, all candidates are required to take a pre-employment drug screen.
  5. All direct-hire placements will require an interview with client company. Some temporary assignments may require a personal interview prior to placement.
